PRINTER ACCESSORIES & OPTIONS

Micro Printing Systems offers a wide variety of optional printer add-on's and accessories to streamline and perfect any printing application.

TF-100 MANUAL VISION SYSTEM

The VA100 is a manually adjusted alignment system designed for use with MPS's semi-automatic screen printer models TF-100, and SP-1500.  The closed-circuit color camera system includes two video cameras mounted on high precision ball spline and linear rail bearings for X and Y.  Individual toggle switches for each camera and axis pneumatically lock the cameras in place.

Two separate cross-hair line generators allow the operator to box in their fiducials with precision and ease.

MYLAR FRAME ALIGNMENT SYSTEM

MPS's Mylar Alignment Fixture reduces the initial set-up procedure to a single print.  Only one set-up per print pattern is required.  A vacuum hold-down workholder secures substrates in position for printing.

Simply place the Mylar Frame over the substrate and secure it to the X-Y table.  Once secured, run a print.  The printer will then print your pattern on the mylar film.  You can then adjust the X-Y table underneath so your substrate is perfectly aligned directly below the pattern on the mylar film.  This is a very effective and cost efficient process of alignment.

FLOOD BLADE ASSEMBLY

The flood blade will spread ink or paste across the screen in preparation for the print stroke. While it's doing this it also pre-loads the mesh openings with material. With the mesh openings already filled, it takes very little effort on the part of the print stroke to transfer that material onto the surface of the substrate.

Flood blade sizes available in 3.5", 5.0", 6.5", and 7.5"

ALIGNMENT TOOL

The alignment tool is a device used when aligning the squeegee travel rods, and screen frame holder parallel to the work holder.
